I think it's about time for more "PHP in the Enterprise" books. I definitely will look forward to reading it when it comes out. My suggestions are to keep it at "PHP in the Enterprise" and not digress into common development aspects such as requirements gathering and design documents. I would assume a large part of the audience will be people coming from other enterprise languages curious to see how PHP will stack up against their favorite language. Such as how PHP can handle the MVC pattern, data abstraction, web services, factory pattern, etc. I know those where many of my initial questions when I came from Java and started working with PHP.

I'd imagine test-driven development will cover unit, regression, and system testing and release management will include version control. In addition to that, I'd recommend post-requirements gathering documentation such as design documents, API documentation using phpDoc, reference documentation (possibly using DocBook), etc. Sounds like a great topic, I look forward to seeing the book's release.

Congrats! It's a great topic to cover - I know it'll help fill a niche that the PHP book world has been lacking in for a while now.
