These three participants should take photos with the elephant on different places where they go until they go to another PHP conference, where they hand over the elephants to somebody else. The photos of the elephants should be tracked on a Map to show the travelroute of these three individual elephants. Of course you must throw in a new elephant from time to time when one get lost.
